Why are you wasting time on goals that don’t matter?

How to focus on what ACTUALLY matters.

Hey there,

With the unofficial start to summer just behind us, that means one thing…

2024 is almost 1/2 over!! Whoa, how’d that happen?

With that theme in mind, it brings up one thing for me-GOALS.

Yep, you heard me right. We’re just a few weeks shy of that mid-way point in the year, where we look at how much traction we’ve gained on those goals we set back on Jan 1st.

So, how’s it going? (I’ll wait right here while you think about it.)

Do you ever feel like you’re stuck on a hamster wheel, setting goals that don’t really light you up?

I’ve been there—they sounded good at the time but didn’t truly resonate with my heart once I jumped in.

After many attempts, trial and error, and some serious soul-searching, I figured out a way to finally get to the finish line with goals that matter.

In the past week, I’ve spoken with some amazing people and just like you, they have big visions too. Here’s the truth: we often get stuck in the ‘just getting started phase’ or spin our wheels trying to figure out how to move forward.

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and I want to help.

6 Steps to Crushing Your Goals

As you reflect on your journey and the goals you’ve set, here are some words of encouragement to inspire and motivate you to keep moving forward:

Define Your Why: “When you stop chasing the wrong things, you give the right things a chance to catch you.” -unknown

Make Your Move: “If I waited until I had all my ducks in a row, I’d never get across the street. Sometimes, you just have to gather up what you’ve got and make a run for it.”-Judge Lynn Toler

Show Up Daily: “Look at your daily habits and ask yourself if they are causing you to evolve or revolve. Are you moving forward or just moving in circles?”-Unknown

Stay the Course: “What if I fall? Oh, but darling, what if you fly?” -Erin Hanson

Embrace the Habit: “Just because you aren’t making progress as fast as you think you should doesn’t mean you aren’t making progress.” -Unknown

Become Your BEST Self: “Don’t wait til you reach your goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud of every step you take.” -Karen Salmansohn

If you’re feeling less than thrilled about the progress you’ve made on your own goals, maybe these steps will resonate with you too.

Imagine waking up with clarity, taking consistent action, and seeing real progress on goals that make a difference. That’s what I want for you.
