STOP EVERYTHING

This 2-Word Shift Will Change Everything

And no, it’s not “work harder” or “try more”

Hey you, Hi!!

I know you’ve had those moments when something hits different, right? Like BAM

When you read or hear something that makes you go “WHOA, wait…what? Where has this been all my life?”

Yeah, that just happened to me. (And I have to share it with you!)

I just finished reading (well, listening for me, thanks audible) “The Let Them Theory” by Mel Robbins, and this one’s a game-changer for me.

Here’s why this blew my mind

What if all that energy we spend…

  • Trying to keep everyone happy (guilty)
  • Making sure everything’s “perfect” (guilty)
  • Worrying about what others think (double guilty)…is exactly what’s keeping us stuck?

(I know, right? I had to sit with that one for a minute too. No judgment, I promise)

The whole idea is pretty simple:

We don’t need to control everything.

We don’t need to fix or manage others.

We just need to let them.

UGH!! Why didn’t anyone tell us this sooner?

Maybe you already knew this…I’m a late bloomer so it’s a big WOWZERS for me.

I can literally feel you squirming in your seat right now – because letting go of control?

That feels like letting go of the steering wheel, doesn’t it?

But here’s what I’m learning (and why I’m so excited to share this with you):

The moment we loosen our grip…That’s when things start to shift.

Think about it: When was the last time having a death grip on the details actually brought you peace? (Take your time, I’ll wait right here while you think about it…)

Yeah, I thought so.

Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll share how this powerful shift is changing everything – and I mean EVERYTHING – about how I show up in life.

Because this isn’t just about work or business – it’s about creating a life that feels good from the inside out.

What’s one thing you’ve been trying to control that’s actually been controlling you?

Hit reply and let me know – I can’t wait to hear (don’t tell me I’m the only one this is hitting home for)

P.S. That nervous excitement you’re feeling right now?

Yeah, I felt it too. Trust me, that’s your gut telling you something good is coming!
