🤯The Risky Business of Playing It Safe (And Why It’s Time to Shake Things Up)

TRAPPED BY YOUR COMFORT ZONE?

Comfort Zones are Cozy, BUT…

They’re Terrible Launchpads for Success

Hey friend,

Let’s talk about something that’s probably keeping you up at night – feeling stuck.

You know that nagging feeling when you’re spinning your wheels but not getting anywhere? Yeah, that one. Well, I’ve got a little secret for you, and it’s simpler than you might think.

Truth bomb: life’s too short to be playing small. We’ve all got dreams tucked away, but sometimes, we’re too scared to chase them. (I get it, me too!)

So, let me break it down for you with three rules that’ll change your game:

Want something? Go get it.

If you don’t go after what you want- you’ll never have it! That idea you’ve been sitting on? That dream that makes your heart race? It’s time to dust it off and make it happen. Sure, it’s scary. But you know what’s scarier? Looking back and wondering “what if?”

Need something? Just ask.

If you don’t ask- the answer is always NO. We’ve all been there – talking ourselves out of opportunities because we’re afraid of hearing “no.” But here’s the kicker: if you don’t ask, it’s always a no. That raise you deserve, that partnership you’re dreaming of – it starts with opening your mouth.

Feeling stuck? Take a step. Any step.

If you don’t take a step forward- you’ll always be in the same place. Growth isn’t about taking giant leaps. It’s about those tiny steps that add up. Each little move forward is a win. It’s how we learn, how we grow, how we become the badasses we’re meant to be.

Now, I can almost hear you saying, “But Tonya, I don’t know where to start!” Trust me, I get it. Life can feel like a hot mess sometimes. But here’s the thing – you don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to start.

“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone”
-Neale Donald Walsch

If you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, and stuck in a rut, I’ve got you. We can tackle this together, one step at a time.

This week, I want you to do one thing. Just one.

  • Pick something you’ve been putting off.
  • Make that call.
  • Send that email.
  • Take that first step toward your big dream. It doesn’t have to be perfect – it just has to be progress.

Remember, you’re not alone in this. We’re all a work in progress, figuring it out as we go. And if you need someone in your corner, cheering you on and helping you navigate the bumps?

That’s what I’m here for, so let’s stop playing small, break you out of that comfort zone, and create the life you’ve been dreaming of.

Here’s to taking that first step and never looking back,

The conversation mistake smart people make (in every important conversation)

MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS BEYOND THE SURFACE The Art of Deeper Conversations Hey friend, Yesterday, I found myself in a conversation that felt different. You know those moments when you walk away feeling truly seen and understood? (I love it when that happens) When the exchange goes beyond surface-level chat?
