Have you ever witnessed a moment so powerful that it changed everything for you?

That’s exactly what happened this week.

Earlier in the week, I was part of a truly moving experience. I attended a team meeting filled with dynamic and driven women who are making significant strides in their industry.

So, what’s the occasion?

A new team vision – centered on expansion, transition, balance, and making things ‘fun’ again.

But what really resonated with me wasn’t just the vision itself—it was the palpable sense of admiration, love, and connectedness within the team.

It was so beautiful! (it just speaks to my heart)

As leaders, we get so caught up in the hustle that we forget to pause and reflect on our journey—

Pause- Where are we now?
Reflect- Where do we want to go?
How do we want to make an impact on the world?

This meeting was a powerful reminder of the importance of these moments of reflection.

Tears were shed as the leadership shared their vision, not from a place of sorrow but from a deep well of passion that had been waiting to surface. It was a beautiful moment of vulnerability and trust that opened up a dialogue about what’s working, what’s not, and the big dreams that could shape the future for their clients and industry partners.

This isn’t about tossing up a strategy and checking off goals. It’s about connecting to what truly matters and sharing that vision and love with the world, fostering a deeper sense of purpose and belonging.

I saw a leader who was fully present, vulnerable, approachable, and completely trusting in their team. It was an incredible honor to witness and a story worth sharing.
